Disappointed

I still have not received my purchases. I purchased 3 hummingbird blouses on Good Friday. On the website it said it would take up to 3 days for shipment. According to my shipping tracking it will take 11 days.

There was a sale the next day after my purchase. I emailed Mercer hoping she would honor the sale price. But I didn’t receive any response back even though I emailed three times.
I am still waiting for my blouses. I am hoping it arrives.
