Spirit Dress wholesale accounts are zip code-protected and must be pre-approved before orders are placed. Please keep in mind that Spirit Dress is a small, home-based business. Everything sold on this site is produced by Spirit Dress, exclusive to our store and a select group of vendors with whom we work.

We DO NOT have a large warehouse of items from which to distribute, but rather allow vendors to piggyback on our production runs. For that reason, there is a strict 12-unit minimum. In an effort to meet our cash flow and budgeting projections, we do not sell inventory that has been produced for direct-to-consumer sales to our wholesale accounts. All wholesale orders must be submitted by the deadline. Expected delivery date is listed in the product title.

Wholesale pricing is 50% off retail + shipping (and taxes if you are not tax-exempt). In order to receive that discount you must have an application and tax exemption certificate on file.

THERE IS A 12-UNIT MINIMUM ON ALL WHOLESALE PURCHASES.
