Your dress or blouse machine washable, but hand washing is preferred. Cold water and gentle detergent will render the best results. Never, under any circumstances, put your Spirit blouse or dress in the dryer. You will be sad. And I cannot fix it. While you can iron your blouse, I think this is unnecessary. Downy Wrinkle Releaser and a few shake does the trick. The 100% cotton weave responds well to steam, also.

Was sent the incorrect item and have reached out three times to the shop with no response. Always had great experience in the past but disappointed.

Hi, Jill. I'm just getting set-up to post reviews on the site and am seeing this review for the first time. At the time of the mis-shipment, I explained that I was having an issue with emails going to junk mail and you stated that you understood and intended to keep being a customer. I sent you a free return envelope and issued a refund. The last message I got from you was "You are awesome". I would so love it if you could alter this review given the customer support you got after it was written. I totally agree that my lack of response was unacceptable, but this beautiful blouse shouldn't be penalized because of junk mail folder problems. I really do try to go above and beyond for my customers and hate that you had such a negative experience.
